Bookings
The bookings for our courses are made using our online booking site, or by telephone. Once the course is booked then the paperwork will be sent out to you ,via email or post.
Cost of courses
Full payment is required is to confirm your place on a course which is payable at the time of booking. The cost of the course is quoted in UK pounds. The current prices are shown on the booking site.
Cancellations and Postponement
We are sure that you will enjoy your course, however, there may be an occasion that arises when you feel it is necessary to cancel or postpone to a later date. All requests to cancel or postpone must be made in writing eg by email, and in any event at least 5 working days before the start of the course. If you cancel more than 5 working days prior, the maximum refund is 50% of the course fee.
Paragon Restoration reserves the right to cancel any of the courses, for whatever reason. You will be notified as soon as possible. At the discretion of the organizer, you may be offered a transfer to another course.
A minimum of 3 bookings is needed for the course to go ahead. If there are insufficient bookings, you will be notified as soon as possible that the course may be cancelled. You normally will be given the offer of a transfer to another course.
If you have cancelled less than 5 working days before the start of the course, or postponed more than once, no refund will be given.
